{1. First Sight}
Nearing the age of 23, you decided it was high time that you found a job.
You graduated from a pretty decent university in Japan, earning a degree in (Favorite Subject). But sadly, even with your degree, finding a job nowadays was quite difficult.
Yawning, you continued walking around the big city, smirking bitterly at how ironic this was turning out. Here you were, in this huge ass city filled with thousands upon thousands of job opportunities and yet not a single place would hire you.
Coming out of the tenth building today, you let out a sigh, wondering what you should do now. The night was still young, and you considered going out and getting a drink at a bar.
“Haha, who am I kidding? I’m too broke and I’m still out of work.”
Still stuck in your slump, you accidentally bumped into someone, feeling your face smash against a wall of hard muscle. Pulling away, you apologized profusely, bowing down slightly to the person you had unintentionally ran into.
“No no, it’s fine, you come here to try sushi, yes?” A deep voice spoke in broken Japanese and you struggled to understand what he was saying.
He was tall, pushing past 6 feet, you knew for a fact. His features appeared foreign to you and his dark skin reminded you of the color of chocolate. “No thank you, I’m not hungry.”
“Next time you come, we feed you best tuna sushi!” He thrusts out a flyer to you, and being polite, you simply kept it before walking away.
Rubbing your eyes, you felt a weary and tired. Looking for a job was now depressing you, so you decided to go back to your apartment and continue some other time.
As you were heading back, something caught your attention from the corner of your eyes. Stopping, people cursed at you while walking by you, demanding that you kept moving, but you couldn’t do so.
Standing at least thirty feet atop a building was a young man with his arms wide open, the fur collar of his coat blowing against the wind.
He’s going to jump!
{2. Introduction}
Without a second thought, you ran up the building, taking the stairs.
It wasn’t until the middle of the fifteenth floor that you realized that you should have taken the elevator.
Your legs were burning and the light sweater you wore caused you to sweat a bit. You could feel the droplet run down from your face to your neck.
But you couldn’t care at the moment because you were concerned for the man atop the building.
Finally reaching the rooftop, you threw open the double doors and shouted, “STOP!”
Running towards the man, you quickly stopped a few inches away from him, “Please stop, no matter what you do, don’t jump.”
A cold chuckle fills your ears and the man finally faces you, the pale moonlight hitting his skin, painting him in a menacing light. His eyes appeared red and you took a step back. “Oh, what’s this? A citizen showing concern?”
He jumps down from the ledge with ease, appearing calm as he steps closer and closer towards you. “And just why are you here?”
You gulped, not liking the predatory look in his eyes, “I-I just didn’t want you to jump.”
“Heh, did you think your kindness could save me?”
The man suddenly grabs you, causing you to let out a squeal in response. He places you on top of the ledge, keeping you balanced with a hand around your waist. “How naïve. Perhaps I should punish you right now and push you off this ledge?”
Anger surged through you and you immediately shoved the man to the side, the action causing you to teeter over the edge, close to plummeting to your death.
A strong hand suddenly stops you, pulling you to the safety of the roof as you end up crushed against his slender chest. “It’s decided.”
He pulls you away from him, staring at you. The intensity of his gaze makes you blush and you felt another droplet of sweat travel down to the nape of your neck. The man leans down, his hot breath tickling your skin before you felt a hot tongue lick the trickle of liquid away. “I’m known as Izaya Orihara, but you can call me ‘God.’”
The blush deepened against your face when you shoved him away. “Get away from me you c-creep.”
Izaya smirks at you, licking his lips, “You taste delicious for a regular human girl. Tell me your name.”
“I’d rather die than give you my name.” You huffed before walking away from him.
Izaya watches with an amused expression on his face. Resting his cheek against the palm of his hand, he murmurs, “Oh, but make no doubt about this, I will find you and you will be mine.”

You had to cover your mouth to keep from screaming. Tears flew from your face as you shook your head in disbelief. Shizuo Heiwajima, the strongest man in Ikebukuro, had been kidnapped or even killed! Without thinking, you picked up your phone and dialed the first name in your contacts.....Izaya Orihara. Luckily, he picked up on the second ring.
"Hello?" he said, in a rough tone
"H-hello?" you said shyly, you hadn't been in a phone conversion in years.
"Amay! It isn't like you to call

You slammed the door angrily, why wouldn't your Mom just listen?! Ever since she started dating that creep lawyer, she had been brainwashed by him!
It had started off innocently enough at first, he would complement you and you would grudgingly accept it. He was probably just trying to get on your good side so you would talk to your mother into marrying him. Than it progressed to a pat on the back that lasted just a little too long or a brush against your knee at the dinner table, and then tonight he tried to kiss you with those scabbed lips of his!
You tried to tell your mother, but she wouldn't listen.
"Steve is a really good person, swee

You locked yourself in your room for days refusing to come out for even the simplest of task. Your refusal to move from your bedroom infuriated Izaya, greatly.
"Amay if you don't get your ass out here right now, I'll add on a fucking year!" he yelled. It was ultra rare to hear him curse. You mumbled and unlocked the door.
"Amay today you and Namie will go shopping for dresses" he said, grasping your cheek.
"I'm not leaving this damned house!" you yelled at him. He smirked.

When I first watched DRRR!! I immediately fell in love with Izaya's twisted character, which is also due in part to the fact that he is voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch, my fave VA
If you readers like this enough, I'll try to finish this whole story and post it tonight.
And did I mention that this will be a lemon? Izaya is 25 in the anime/manga, so it's totally possible ;3 If you'd like to read the lemon, let me know in the comments below.
